When you register to use Batch For Books, you will be asked to provide your account numbers for the vendors you plan to pay through Batch. We inform the publishers and they begin to transmit all invoices and credits to your Batch portal once they complete the set-up process for your account.

For current Batch users: To add a vendor to your Batch portal, send your store name, the publisher to add, and the publisher account number to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We will submit a request to the publisher to set-up your store for Batch.
