Job Title: Batch Coordinator

The Batch Coordinator will be part of a small team dedicated to providing support to Batch users and growing Batch for Books in the United States. Key responsibilities will include administrative tasks, Batch resource development, bookseller communications, and providing backup to the Batch Program Manager.
Responsibilities
- Build out and lead Batch social media efforts.
- Compile and maintain list of prospective Batch users.
- Assist with new user applications, follow-up, and onboarding.
- Data entry and updates in Batch for Books database
- Assist with creating and updating Batch resources: website, how-to videos, documentation, marketing resources.
- Provide coverage to current Batch users when Program Manager is out of office or unavailable.
- Other projects and assignments as needed.
- Potential travel 2-3 times per year to represent Batch at industry events and meetings.
Key Skills
- Organized, detail-oriented and able to achieve a high level of accuracy.
- Good understanding of bookstore systems and operations.
- Able to work independently and manage both short-term, long-term, and ongoing projects.
- Willing and effective communicator.
- Proficient with maintaining social media platforms.
Experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong computer skills essential.
- Previous knowledge of Batch and QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
- Desire to learn and expand responsibilities within the organization.
This position is for 10-20 hours per week and is a fully remote position. The person hired will be able to set their own weekly schedule. The compensation range is $18-$25 based on experience.
