Fraser Tanner joined Batch in 2000 from the world of foreign exchange, where he had rolled out an internet trading solution for business-to-business payments through the international banking systems. In developing first Batch and now Batch For Books to improve the flow of information between companies within the book trade, Fraser has been instrumental in winning industry awards.
Eileen Kelly has long been the engine behind Batch and does everything she can to make customers happy. She gives her team the training needed to provide excellent customer service. Eileen is now responsible for managing Batch For Books in the United States.
Jonathan joined Batch as part-time Account Manager at the end of 2013 after a long career in publishing. As Head of Sales, Jonathan works closely with our client publishers and other vendors to ensure they receive the best possible service from us.
Simon liaises with vendors to develop the operational interfaces to their systems. He is also developing links to US accounting and POS systems. Simon sits on a number of industry steering groups and co-ordinates with our external IT experts on new developments.
A long-time veteran of the indie bookstore community, Nathan manages the Batch for Books program in the US. He works closely with bookstores and book vendors to help them most effectively use Batch for Books and provide support for any and all user inquiries.
Janet's background is in non-fiction publishing. She is responsible for marketing, looks after our Twitter account and takes care of fun stuff, such as designing badges and stickers. As part of the sales team she attends international book fairs, where she introduces our services to booksellers. When not working for Batch, she writes contemporary fiction as Jan Ellis.
